WASHINGTON, DC: LITTLE BIT OF BLUES AT BLUES ALLEY

Little Bit of Blues, with Warner Williams & Jay Summerour, performs at BLUES ALLEY (1073 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington, DC - 202-337-4141 - ) on Tuesday, July 29th with shows at 8:00 & 10:00 pm. With his outsized cowboy hat, boots, jeans and shades, Warner Williams is hard to miss; and when he starts to play, whether it's Blind Boy Fuller, Fats Waller, or Fats Domino, he's impossible to ignore. Together with Jay Summerour, they are outstanding examples of the East Coast guitar/harmonica duet tradition, and their music reminds us that there are more blues highways than the Delta's 61 or 49. Call for cover/minimum information.
