Thursday June 3 at 7:30PM and Saturday June 5 at 7:00PM. This Production features some of New York City's most Promising talents of stage and screen and the occasional parade float, and chronicles the Life of Booth & Pat from 1933 to Present (wow, we are old…). With Original Music lyrics by Patrick Frankfort, IV and musical arranging by Karl Malden, you will also be pleased with the Fine dining that comes along with the Production. (why are ‘fine’ and ‘production’ capitalized? I’m completely lost…)
"BOOTH & PAT: TWO GUYS, ONE GUITAR, NO STANDARDS” is a World Premier DRAMA with music and awkward dancing. Offering a dramatic interpretation of the life of these two numbskulls instead of through a MUSICAL production. (we were trying to do a Kabuki interpretation, but we ran out of money).
Come to Don’t Tell Mama, 343 W 46th street. Also, we’ll be at the Iguana with the usual suspects on June 2. Come on out. Word on the street is that it’s a hoot.
Sincerely,
Booth Daniels VII, -Artistic Director/ Playwright -At-Large/Jew-for-Hire

The critically acclaimed show "Carole J. Bufford sings Randy Newman" returns to DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788) for one more encore performance, on Sunday, May 30th at 5:00 pm. The show originally was presented as part of Lennie Watts' Under The Covers series earlier this year. After taking the East Coast by storm, the irreverent music/comedy stylings of Booth & Pat (Booth Daniels & Patrick Frankfort) are heading to the Hollywood Fringe 2010! But before they go, they're stopping off at DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788 - ) on Thursday, June 3rd at 7:30 & Saturday, June 5th at 7:00 pm. Booth & Pat present an hour of song, shtick and sketch idiotic in its observations, but ridiculous in its infectiousness. From the original and insightful "Where Have All the Straight Girls Gone?" lamenting Pat's ability to convert the women he dates into lesbians, to a skewering of the beloved "Let It Be", to a parody of Justin Timberlake's "SexyBack" where the undynamic duo dream of all the outdated things they could make stylish (#I'm bringing dial-up back / Those slow connections are where it's at#). It's like Entourage. Minus the cars. And the money. And the HBO contract. But with singing! There is a $10 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
"The Big 3-0", conceived by and starring Oron Stenesh, returns to THE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 1-212-255-5438 - ) in June, with performances scheduled for Monday, June 7th at 7:00 pm; Friday, June 18th at 9:30 pm; and Monday, June 21th at 7:00 pm. The Big 3-O is Oron Stenesh's newest one-man cabaret act, in which he muses on turning 30, identity theft, Vladimir Putin, and much more! Music will range from Irving Berlin and Cole Porter to Paul McCartney to Jon McLaughlin, and, of course, Oron will be debuting a new spoken word poem. Tex Arnold serves as musical director, and Kimberly Stern directs. Oron Stenesh created "The O Train" and Olection at the Duplex, and toured Olection to Chicago's Davenport's Piano Bar. He has also appeared in Not Ur Everyday Act at the Metropolitan Room and Brite Nite at Brite Bar and Therapy with the Northwestern University Entertainment Alliance. Theatre credits include an International Tour of Fame as Schlomo, Babes in Toyland with the Little Orchestra Society at Lincoln Center, Far Away at New York Theatre Workshop, A Christmas Carol at the McCarter Theatre, A Stoop on Orchard Street Off-Broadway at the Mazer Theatre, and Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel with Theatreworks/USA. He has appeared on ABC's One Life to Live and on Nippon TV's Tokyo Wonder Tours. There is a $10 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
