Suzanne Carrico, winner of the 2008 MAC Award for Best Female Debut for THE ART OF THE CAHN, Music from the Sammy Cahn Songbook, will take part in the show. Suzanne will celebrate the Christmas season & her new holiday CD, WHAT CHRISTMAS TIME MEANS TO ME, at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440), on Thursdays, December 2nd & 9th at 9:30 pm and December 16th & 23rd at 7:00 pm.
Marcus Simeone, currently in an extended run (remaining shows: Saturdays, December 4th & 11th at 9:30 pm) at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) to release his newest CD, "HAUNTED" on theMiranda Music label , will also take part in the show! He'll be performing two songs with a holiday theme.
Richard Holbrook, who is doing two special holiday shows ("Christmas Time is Here") on Sundays December 5th & 12th at DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788) will sing two songs from the show at the December 13th event as well.
NEW ADDITION:
International vocalist/entertainer Warren Schein has just signed on to perform two holiday songs for the show. Warren has been performing on stages from New York to LA for over two decades. He has played lead singing roles in many stock and Off Broadway performances. Warren is also a actor and voice-over artist for TV and Radio. He has recorded for such well know advertisers as The History Channel, Nickelodeon, WPLJ Radio, AMC, M&M's and A&E.
We've asked a few others and are awaiting their confirmation, but we still have a few slots to fill. Here's our criteria: You should be a member of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE. You should have a CD available (need not be holiday themed) and you'll need to sing two holiday songs! It's a fund raiser, so folks with a regular following/popularity will be given preference.
Tickets are just $15 each for members ($20 for non-members). Members may purchase up to 4 tickets at the member price - even for non-members. Tickets are on sale now - just CLICK HERE - . I can't inpress on you enough the need to make this show a sell-out. I don't know how many more of these events I have in me, so I want every future one to be a success.
