Wall to Wall Cabaret returns to PETER JAY SHARP THEATER at SYMPHONY SPACE (2537 Broadway at 95th Street - 212-864-5400) on Saturday, May 3rd from 4:00 to 11:00 pm. This joyous romp through the world of cabaret, from Kurt Weill and Edith Piaf to Cole Porter and Cy Coleman, celebrates the speakeasies and nightclubs of Prohibition, the elegant hotel cabarets and jazz clubs that introduced Sarah Vaughan and Eartha Kitt, and the cabaret renaissance taking place right now with new artists reinventing beloved songs. Hosted by James Naughton, with Wall to Wall Trio (Russ Kassoff: Piano, Jay Arbo: Bass, John Redsecker: Drums) and featuring an impressive roster of surprise guests. The day kicks off with a Master Class by Barbara Cook at 3:00 pm, followed by Wall to Wall performances beginning at 4:00 pm. Wall to Wall Cabaret is part of the Sleeping Around Festival. General Admission is FREE!
