CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: ANTHONY RAPP UNPLUGGED AT 54 BELOW
One of Broadway's most celebrated rock and rollers, Anthony Rapp (Broadway's Six Degrees of Separation, Rent, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, etc.) brings his new Unplugged evening of stories and songs to 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Sunday, September 22nd at 9:30 pm. He will be joined on stage by musical director Dan Weiss. Unplugged audiences can expect to hear some of the great songs that have inspired Anthony: Elvis Costello's "Allison," "Creep," "Losing My Religion," and many others. And what evening with Anthony Rapp would be complete without hearing some iconic songs from Rent and Hedwig & The Angry Inch? There is a $35-$45 cover plus a $25 food/drink minimum.
