CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: WBGO JAZZ SERIES PRESENTS IGOR BUTMAN & THE MOSCOW STATE JAZZ ORCHESTRA
WBGI Jazz Series continues at 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Tuesday, September 24th featuring Igor Butman & The Moscow State Jazz Orchestra with special guest bluesy jazz vocalist Allan Harris. Performances are at 7:00 & 9:00 pm. Butman is renowned the world over as a supremely gifted jazz virtuoso, composer and arranger, band leader, impresario, and club owner. Playing alongside him is the Moscow State Jazz Orchestra (aka Igor Butman Big Band), a swinging and lyrical band in the tradition of the Duke Ellington and Count Basie Big Bands. Featuring bluesy jazz vocalist Allan Harris, you will not want to miss this dynamic evening of international jazz! There is a $35-$45 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
