CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: KAYTE GRACE & ELLEN KAYE AND MOSCOW 57 AT THE MET
Kayte Grace and her band, Ellen Kaye and the Moscow 57 band will perform at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Wednesday, September 25th at 9:30 pm. This show features Kayte Grace with her band (Kyle Masteller on guitar and Doug Berns on bass) and Ellen Kaye hosting and performing with the M57 Band (Ethan Fein - music director/guitar, Sandi Billingslea on violin, Benjamin Franklin Brown on bass and Gio Cepeda on drums), continuing the mini-tour celebrating the release of Kayte's 5-EP project "Set Fire to Separate Lives," that began in August on Kayte's home turf of Washington, DC and comes to NYC with this event. The M57 Urban Salon is an eclectic mix of musical artists, visual artists, poets, storytellers and the occasional juggler, and sometimes Russian Central Asian fare. It has popped up in such wildly different places as New Orleans, Louisiana; Washington, DC; New Milford, Connecticut; and in New York City from East Harlem to Governors Island.
