TODAY'S CABARET PICK IN NYC: GO MAHAN RETURNS IN "GO TO BREL!" - FINAL PERFORMANCE AT 2:00 PM TODAY
After an almost twelve year hiatus, GO MAHAN returns to cabaret performance with his all new show "GO TO BREL! Go Mahan salutes Jacques Brel". The show will be presented as part of The Phoenix Theatre Ensemble's Fall Repertory Season and will be performed at THE PARADISE FACTORY THEATRE (64 East 4th Street, NYC - 212-465-3446). Final performance is on Wednesday, September 25th at 2:00 pm. Musical Direction is by Peter Kiesewalter, founder of the Grammy Award Nominated "East Village Opera Company" (Decca Records) "Brooklyn Rundfunk Orchestrata" et al, ass well as producer and arranger of singer/songwriter Jane Siberry's newest, soon to be released CD. "GO TO BREL!" features fiourteen songs written by iconic Belgian songwriter, Jacques Brel, as interpreted by Mr. Mahan.
