CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: LYNN AHRENS & STEPHEN FLAHERTY DELEBRATE 30 YEARS OF COLLABORATION
54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551 ) presents the Tony Award-winning songwriting team of Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty with "Nice Fighting You: A 30th Anniversary Celebration" with two shows nightly on Thursday, Friday & Saturday, September 26th, 27th & 28th. The shows will feature songs and stories from Ragtime, Once on This Island, My Favorite Year, Seussical, Lucky Stiff, the upcoming Rocky, and more. Musical director is Ted Sperling, with arrangements by Neil Douglas Reilly. The six shows will feature their best known songs, rare gems and even some never before heard material, performed by a rotating cast of Broadway stars. The 7:00 & 9:30 pm shows on Thursday, September 26th will feature Stephanie J. Block, Liz Callaway, Lilla Crawford, LaChanze, Kecia Lewis, Sean McCourt, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Mary Testa. As with all live entertainment events, cast subject to change without notice.
