SPECIAL CABARET EVENT TONIGHT IN NYC: MABEL MERCER CABARET CONVENTION AT ROSE HALL - THIRD NIGHT - SOMETHING SORT OF GRANDISH

The Mabel Mercer Foundation presents the New York Cabaret Convention at FREDERICK P. ROSE HALL (Columbus Circle, Broadway at 60th Street, NYC - CenterCharge: 212-721-6500) on Monday through Thursday, October 20th through 23rd all shows at 6:00 pm. 

The Third Show of the Convention is "SOMETHING SORT OF GRANDISH" - Burton Lane & Yip Harburg on Wednesday, October 22nd - hosted by Jeff Harnar & Andrea Marcovicci: 

Performers are Karen Akers, Brent Barrett, Anna Bergman, Carole J. Bufford, Jim Caruso, Eric Comstock, Natalie Douglas, Christine Ebersole, Barbara Fasano, Richard Holbrook, Will & Anthony Nunziata, Sally Mayes, Jennifer Sheehan, Gabrielle Stravelli, Billy Stritch, Iris Williams. Presentation of The Donald F. Smith Award Underwritten by Adela and Larry Elow to Jennifer Sheehan. 

As with all live entertainment events, cast subject to change without notice. 

Since its inception in 1989, the Convention has hosted more than a thousand performers, all of whom work in their own ways to keep alive the tradition of cabaret in this country and abroad. The Foundation continues to keep some tickets for each performance priced at an incredible $25 per seat plus outreach to senior centers and complimentary tickets to high schools in the greater New York area. Tickets are $25-$100. Their goal is to provide universal access to these incomparable entertainers and their timeless repertoire.
