MAC and Bistro Award-winning vocalist Eric Michael Gillett takes a wry and moving look at the intricate ways of the heart and the universal paths we all tread as we stumble our way toward true romance in his new show BECAUSE YOU LOVED ME at the THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909) on Friday, February 14th at 7:00 pm. Gillett's repertoire for this special one-night engagements includes an eclectic array of material from the catalogues of Stephen Sondheim, Bob Dylan, Ben Folds, Jim Brickman, Madonna, Ingrid Michaelson, John Mayer, Avril Lavigne and more. Music Director: Jeff Cubeta with Matt Scharfglass on bass and on reeds, Jonathan Eva Kantor. There is a $15 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
