CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: LIVIN' OUT LOUD, A MUSICAL CABARGAY
An original musical revue of all things LGBT; who we are, who we were, and who we hope to be, will be presented atTHE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE(61 Christopher Street, NYC - 212-255-5438) on Friday & Saturday, November 22nd & 23rd at 9:30 pm. The show is funny, sometimes insightful, always entertaining. Featuring Broadway star Coleen Sexton and four performers, with your hosts Lilla Lollywood and Dolly Rae Numph take you on a musical journey with such songs as "Nobody's Boy Toy Now," "Gratuitous Lesbian Song," "I Love Harvey Fierstein's Voice'" "Nun Puppet Blues," and many others. Music and laughter know no sexual orientation! Book, lyrics, direction by Joe Nierle; Music, musical direction Chris Tilley. Coleen Sexton made her Broadway debut as Lucy in the original "Jekyll and Hyde." She has starred in the National Tours of "Wicked," "Legally Blonde," and "Broadway Dolls." Most recently she was a featured performer and Dusty understudy in the Off-Broadway musical, "Forever Dusty." There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
