CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: LISA PASSERO RETURNS TO THE METROPOLITAN ROOM
Lisa Passero returns to THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Sunday, November 17th at 7;00 pm, following her annual engagement at THE GARDENIA in Los Angeles. A versatile singer and inspired comedian, she brings audiences to their feet with her lusty, tour de force performance that never fails to both tickle their funny bones and touch their hearts. Lisa was a founding member of New York's acclaimed comedy group THE HIGH HEELED WOMEN. She proudly made her Broadway debut in Franco Zeffirelli's FILUMENA, directed by Laurence Olivier and appeared in the Los Angeles production of EATING RAOUL (the musical). Film credits include LAST EXIT TO BROOKLYN, POISON IVY and JIMMY HOLLYWOOD. Lisa has been seen on television in BEVERLY HILLS 90210 and THAT'S LIFE, among many others. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
