CABARET TONIGHT IN INDIANAPOLIS: BROADWAY ICON BESTS THE BOYS
Tony Award winner, Betty Buckley wears the pants in her new show 'BETTY BUCKLEY: AH, MEN! THE BOYS OF BROADWAY', spotlighting traditionally male Broadway songs at THE CABARET AT THE COLUMBIA CLUB (121 Monument Circle, Indianapolis, IN - 317-275-1169) on Thursday & Friday, November 21st & 22nd at 8:00 pm. The show features numbers from Sweeney Todd, West Side Story, Pippin, La Cage Aux Folles and more. Betty Buckley won a Tony Award for her performance as Grizabella, the Glamour Cat, in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats. She received her second Tony Award nomination for Best Actress in a musical for her performance as Hesione in Triumph of Love, and an Olivier Award nomination for her critically acclaimed interpretation of Norma Desmond in the London production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Sunset Boulevard, which she repeated to more rave reviews on Broadway. There is a $35-$45-$55 cover plus a $12 food/drink minimum.
