CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: KAREN FITZGERALD AND THE GODDESS REVUE
Karen Fitzgerald brings her Goddess Revue to THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Thursday, August 29th at 7:00 pm. After playing dozens of leading ladies in musical theater, e.g. Mama Rose in Gypsy, Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, Aldonza in Man of La Mancha, the actress formerly known as Karen Abrami changed her name and her life as she landed in NYC and began her adorable rebellion. It led her to pleasure class, to her hit solo show, Hot Mama Mahatma, and now back to singing as she invites you on the ride to becoming a turned on woman! And she is joined by some of her other rebels in an evening of song, dance, and burlesque ... which means there will be partial nudity! They are: Lauren Abrami, Erica Bryan, Kitty Cavalier, Kelly Garone, Ann Moller, Omayra Rolon, Vivi La Voix. Piano Accompanist is Karen Dryer. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
