NYC CABARET: 7TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BIRDLAND BIG BAND TONIGHT
The 7th Anniversary of The Birdland Big Band, featuring Tom Kennedy on Bass, will be celebrated on Friday, June 28th at 5:15 pm at BIRDLAND(315 West 44th Street, NYC - 212-581-3080 - ). Every Friday the "BBB" roars into action playing a thrilling and original mix of jazz, funk, Brazilian, Latin and world music for sold-out audiences. Featured weekly guest artists drop-in from television bands (David Letterman, Saturday Night Live) and pop music touring bands (Rob Thomas, Rod Stewart). There is a $25 cover plus a $10 food/drink minimum.
