LONDON CABARET: GREGG EDELMAN IN BROADWAY STATE OF MIND - SHOW CLOSES TONIGHT!

LONDON CABARET: GREGG EDELMAN IN BROADWAY STATE OF MIND - SHOW CLOSES TONIGHT!

Gregg Edelman brings his unique show BROADWAY STATE OF MIND to THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) on Tuesday through Saturday, June 25th through 29th at 8:00 pm. The show is an unmissable concert of show-stopping music combined with the sort of industry insider stories about life on and off the Broadway stage that only a four times Tony Award nominee like Edelman could know. In his thirty years on the stage, television and film, Gregg has starred in a string of Broadway shows from Cats to Anything Goes, all leading to the starring role in the Best Musical of 1989, City of Angels. His performance as Stine earned Gregg his first Tony nomination and consolidated his position as one of the most highly regarded romantic Broadway leads of his generation. In 1994, Gregg originated the role of Colonel Ricci in Stephen Sondheim's award-winning musical Passion. That production led to Sondheim casting Gregg as Prince Charming in Into The Woods and Sweeney in Sweeney Todd. Other celebrated roles have been Javert in Les Miserables, Robert Baker in the revival of Wonderful Town and Dr. Alexandre Manette in A Tale of Two Cities. Gregg also appears with several leading orchestras. His many appearances at Carnegie Hall with the New York Pops have given Gregg the opportunity to honour such friends as Kander & Ebb, Jerry Herman and Charles Strouse. Call for cover/minimum information.
