One of Chicagos's top cabaret performers, Joan Curto makes her St. Louis debut in a show celebrating the songs of Cole Porter, which has been selling out houses in in Chicago, New York and Michigan. Most recently, Joan was the headliner at the Cole Porter Festival in Porter's birthplace of Peru, Indiana. Call for cover/minimum information. Ann Burnell celebrates the release of her new CD 'Summer Days & Dreamy Nights' at ANDY'S JAZZ CLUB (11 East Hubbard Street, Chicago. IL - 312-642-6805) on Friday & Saturday, November 7th & 8th with sets at 9:30 & 11:30 pm. Summer Days & Dreamy Nights has been a long time dream envisioned into reality. Working with Henry Johnson, producer and arranger, is amazing. The band is comprised of some of the finest musicians in the world. On the 7th: Henry Johnson, guitar; Chuck Webb, bass; Charles Heath, drums; Mark Burnell, piano; Tim Gant keyboard; Pat Mallinger, sax. After sold out runs at Davenport's and well-received performances at the Skokie Theatre, Stage 773, and the Wilmette Theatre, the With A Twist boys are back again at DAVENPORT'S (1383 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL - 773-278-1830) on Friday & Saturday, November 7th & 8th at 8:00 pm. Kevin Bishop, Steve Kimbrough, Paul Motondo and Nick Sula are twisting the audience favorites from their first three shows in Best of Twist! Musical Direction and Arrangements by Nick Sula. Staging by Brigitte Ditmars. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
