CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: PAUL AND ROCHELLE CHAMLIN PRESENT "GEMS BY JULE: SELECTIONS FROM THE JULE STYNE SONGBOOK"
Acclaimed cabaret couple Paul and Rochelle Chamlin return to the THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909) on Sunday, June 1st and Tuesday, June 10th with their latest offering, celebrating the music of the incredibly prolific Jule Styne. Both shows are at 7:00 pm. Selections will span Styne's 60+ year career, from his early days in jazz-infused Chicago to Hollywood in its studio heyday, on to the Golden Age of Broadway and television. The wonderful cabaret performer Teresa Fischer directs. Rochelle and Paul have become a familiar and welcome presence on the New York cabaret scene. Their lively, delightful shows feature witty banter, an eclectic choice of music, and unique chemistry. There is a $15 cover plus a cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
