NYC: PAUL AND ROCHELLE CHAMLIN PRESENT "GEMS BY JULE: SELECTIONS FROM THE JULE STYNE SONGBOOK"

Acclaimed cabaret couple Paul and Rochelle Chamlin return to the THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909) on Tuesday, June 10th with their latest offering, celebrating the music of the incredibly prolific Jule Styne. Both shows are at 7:00 pm. Selections will span Styne's 60+ year career, from his early days in jazz-infused Chicago to Hollywood in its studio heyday, on to the Golden Age of Broadway and television. The wonderful cabaret performer Teresa Fischer directs. Rochelle and Paul have become a familiar and welcome presence on the New York cabaret scene. Their lively, delightful shows feature witty banter, an eclectic choice of music, and unique chemistry. NYC: MARNIE KLAR PRESENTS 'HOME' AT DON'T TELL MAMA

MARNIE KLAR brings her new show 'HOME' to DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788) on Friday, June 6th; Tuesday, June 10th; Wednesday, June 18th; and Tuesday, June 24th, all shows at 7:00 pm. Steven Ray Watkins serves as musical director with Matt Scharfglass on bass and Terese Genecco on drums. The show will fature songs by The Bird & the Bee, Five for Fighting, Imagine Dragons, Led Zeppelin, the Lumineers, Ingrid Michaelson, Kylie Minogue, Sam Phillips, Regina Spektor & The White Stripes. NYC: BARRET IS BACK ON RESTAURANT ROW

Chris Barrett returns to LA RIVISTA RISTORANTE (313 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-366-4603) on Monday, May 19th, where he will be at the piano Mondays through Wednesdays. There are two shows nightly, a dinner show at 8:00 and a supper show at 10:00 pm. Chris Barrett's performances are in the tradition of the great late-night boites of a fondly remembered era, when the likes of Hugh Shannon, Bobby Short, and Buddy Barnes manned the keyboard. There is no cover charge.

NYC: JAZZ LEGEND ANNIE ROSS TUESDAYS THE METROPOLITAN ROOM

Jazz legend Annie Ross continues her unprecedented, record-breaking, multi-year run at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440), every Tuesday night at 9:30 pm. Ms. Ross has been an abundant contributor to the art of jazz for over 50 years. Born in the UK, she has been a permanent resident of the USA for many years and a US citizen since 2001. Annie Ross is one of the pioneers of vocalese and the composer of "Twisted", one of the most well known examples of that art, as well as "Farmers Market", "Jackie" and many others. A founding member of Lambert, Hendricks and Ross, considered the greatest jazz vocal ensemble of all time, her influence is present in all subsequent practitioners of vocalese. "Twisted" has been recorded by a host of vocalists, including some not normally associated with jazz, including Joni Mitchell and Bette Midler. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

NYC: PEGGY KING AT THE METROPOLITAN ROOM

Vocalist Peggy King, one of the best-loved stars of TV's Golden Age, as well as stage, screen and nightclubs, continues her amazing resurgence after nearly a 30-year absence, with a series of performances at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440), accompanied by musical director Andy Kahn on piano. Performances are scheduled for Wednesday, April 9th at 7:00 pm; Tuesday, April 29th at 7:00 pm; and Tuesday, June 10th at 7:00 pm. Peggy was re-discovered last year in the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning HBO film "Behind the Candelabra," in which Michael Douglas and Matt Damon watch a lengthy 1955 video clip of Peggy singing "When Liberace Winks at Me," accompanied by the real Liberace on piano. It also became a popular YouTube video and is included on the Elektra soundtrack album. Peggy King has worked in films and television with nearly every star imaginable, from Frank Sinatra and Mel Torme (with whom she co-starred on a 50s TV series) to Sammy Davis, Jr. and Andre Previn, and her dozens of recordings through the years show just why she remains a favorite of America's finest composers and lyricists. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

NYC: EMILY BERGL WITH 'TIL I GET IT RIGHT' AT 54 BELOW

Emily Bergl, best known for her roles on TV shows such as Desperate Housewives and Southland, will perform at 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Tuesday, June 10th at 7:00 pm; and Friday & Saturday, June 13th & 14th at 8:00 pm. Emily burst onto the cabaret scene in 2011, garnering raves from The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Since then, she has performed in leading venues throughout NYC and across the country. Her third show, Til I Get It Right, exposes the lengths we go to in our search for love and what we do when we don't find it, or even more frightening, when we do. In her signature nouveau cabaret style, Bergl uses the past to illuminate the present, blending together Irving Berlin with Blondie, Rodgers and Hammerstein with Tracey Chapman & even Noel Coward with Britney Spears. You'll be treated not only to an evening of diverse songs, but a full cast of characters all personified by this veteran Broadway actress.There is a $30-$45 cover plus a $25 food/drink minimum.

NYC: BROADWAY BALLYHOO! NOW AT 54 BELOW

Scott Siegel's critically acclaimed Broadway Ballyhoo!, that regularly features great Broadway and nightclub stars in New York City, makes its move to 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Tuesday, June 10th at 9:30 pm. This ever-changing musical variety show, soon to begin its third year of performances, will play 54 Below every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 9:30 pm. For this first show in its new home, Scott Siegel, best known as the creator, writer and host of Town Hall's signature series, Broadway By the Year (in its 14th season), is opening with some powerhouse performers: on June 10th, expect to see William Michals (Emile de Becque in Lincoln Center's South Pacific), Tony nominee Gavin Lee (Mary Poppins), Jana Robbins (I Love My Wife), Raissa Katona Bennett (The Phantom of the Opera), and Ben Davis (Violet). Musical Director is Ian Herman. There is a $25/$35/$50 cover plus a $25 food/drink minimum.

NYC: MELISSA MANCHESTER AT THE CARLYLE

GRAMMY Award-winning singer/songwriter Melissa Manchester will perform at THE CAFE CARLYLE(35 East 76th Street, NYC - 212-744-1600) with her show You Gotta Love The Life on Tuesdays through Saturdays, June 10th through 21st at 8:45 pm, with a late show on Saturdays at 10:45 pm. This is her Cafe Carlyle debut. She will perform a selection of hits spanning her career, along with several songs from her upcoming album. She will be joined on stage by Stephan Oberhoff (keyboard, guitar) and Susan Holder (vocals, percussion). There is a $25-$130 cover

NYC: DINE & DANCE WITH VINCE GIORDANO AND THE NIGHTHAWKS - NOW AT THE IGUANA

Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks are back - and now will play every Monday & Tuesday night from 8:00 to 11:00 pm at at IGUANA'S VIP LOUNGE (240 West 54th Street, NYC - 212-765-5454). Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks is an eleven-piece band playing music of the 1920s & 30s for your dining and dancing pleasure. In 1976 Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks (originally known as the New Orleans Nighthawks) was formed. A big-band historian and collector, Giordano has more than 60,000 scores in his collection. There is a $15 cover (at the door) plus a $15 food drink minimum.
