SAN FRANCISCO: FREDDY CLARKE AND WOBBLY MUNDO AT YOSHI'S
Freddy Clarke and Wobbly Mundo with special guest Eddy Navia will perform atYOSHI'S (1330 Fillmore Street, San Francisco, CA - 415-655-5600 - ) on Wednesday, June 11th at 8:00 pm. On this night they will feature the Latin Gypsy (Jitano) side with Arabic and Vietnamese undercurrents. The band is committed to promoting music without borders. Dance Cha Cha, Rhumba, Samba, Salsa, Mambo, with Wobbly Mundo and help fill Yoshi's with the coolest people all coming together to shake their culos on the dance floor. Sway to the sultry sounds of Freddy's romantic classical flamenco guitar opening the set. The musicians and singers are from Cuba, Morocco, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Lebanon, Vietnam & the United States, and will deliver a bold, brave, joy-filled celebration of musical synergy. The music is a refreshing mix where each player brings a contrasting musical tradition. There is a $24 cover.
