NYC: DONNA HAYES RETURNS WITH ORDINARY MIRACLES
Donna Hayes returns to THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Friday, May 22nd at 7:00 pm with her acclaimed show "Ordinary Miracles" directed by Gretchen Reinhagen with musical direction by Justin Stoney. Added to the mix for this show are Matt Scharfglass on bass and Donna Kelly on drums. Donna shares her stories through songs ranging from brand new R&B, classic rock, show tunes, oldies to reggae - by artists and songwriters such as Carole King, John Legend, Stephanie Mills, Bob Marley, Coldplay, Tracy Chapman, Kander & Ebb, Phillip Phillips, and more. These are Donna's personal accounts, and the songs that remind her that the world around us is not so ordinary after all. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

Jazz/ cabaret vocalist Mary Foster Conklin performs on Friday nights at MOSCOW57 ON DELANCEY (168 1/2 Delancey Street, NYC - 212-260-5775) at 8:00 pm. on Friday, January 30th the club celebrated its one year anniversary on the corner where Loisaida meets the Williamsburg Bridge. Owned by Ellen Kaye, singer/ pioneer/ force of nature, who nightly hosts the best party in town with a rotating group of artistsecalls it Hobohemia - A Rendezvous of Strangers. COCOA BEACH, FL: LORRI HAFER WITH MIKE HAFER AT HEIDI'S JAZZ CLUB
World renowned Big Band/ Jazz vocalist Lorri Hafer, with her husband Mike Hafer on piano, will be performing at HEIDI'S JAZZ CLUB(7 North Orlando Avenue, Cocoa Beach, FL - 321-783-4559) on Friday & Saturday, May 22,d & 23rd, 3 sets nightly from 8:00 pm. Lorri was the lead vocalist with the Hillside Singers on their worldwide hit, "I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing In Perfect Harmony". She is a sultry singer who has performed with several prestigious Big Bands including the Glenn Miller Orchestra and Les Brown's Band Of Renown. She is currently an "on air" personality for the "Music Of Your Life " radio network. She and her husband Mike will be joined by bassist Al Dodds, and drummer Stan Soloko for an evening of Lorri's favorite jazz standards, and selections from her CD, "The Very Thought Of You".
