Janice and Nathan (Janice Edwards & Nathan Fry) perform on Fridays from 8:00 to 11:00 pm at MARTINI'S ABOVE FOURTH (3940 4th Avenue, San Diego, CA - 619-400-4500). While Nathan's virtuosity speaks for itself, accompaniment to Janice makes for an inspired pair at they present resonant selections from their extensive list of everything from funk to country, gospel and jazz. No cover show.

LOS ANGELES: THE UNAUTHORIZED MUSICAL PARODY OF CRUEL INTENTIONS

Roger Kumble's relentless game of cat and mouse comes to life at the ROCKWELL: TABLE & STAGE (1714 Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles, CA - 323-669-1550) on Thursdays & Fridays in May at 8:00 pm in 'The Unauthorized Musical Parody of Cruel Intentions'. This cult classic tale of seduction and revenge follows despicable step-siblings Sebastian (Broadway's Constantine Rousouli) and Kathryn (Faking It's Katie Stevens) in their attempt to destroy their classmates (Molly McCook and Pitch Perfect's Shelley Regner.) Executive Producer Kate Pazakis. Associate Producer Stephanie Lazard. Adapted by Jordan Ross. Directed by Lindsey Rosin. There is an $18-$45 cover.

LOS ANGELES: KAREN MORROW'S SINGERS' WORKSHOP

Karen Morrow's Singers' Workshop performs at THE GARDENIA (7066 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA - 323-467-7444) on Friday & Saturday, May 22nd & 23rd at 9:00 pm. An "eclectic, loving group with many a twinkle in its collective eye" share their talents, personalities, and stories. There is a different cast each night. Morrow is a popular American singer/ actor, best known for her work in musical theater. Her honors include an Emmy Award and a Theatre World Award, and an Ovation Award and five Drama-Logue Award nominations. There is a $10 cover plus a 2-drink or dinner minimum.
