LONDON: ANNA BERGMAN: YOU'RE ALL THE WORLD TO ME
Internationally acclaimed singer and actress Anna Bergman returns to THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) along with pianist Nathan Martin on Tuesday through Saturday, October 14th through 18th at 8:00 pm. She will present her new show 'You're All The World To Me: A World Tour In Love Songs.' Tapping into an international songbook, Anna sings in multiple languages in a variety of styles, from popular song to opera, including songs by Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, Rodgers & Hart, Lerner & Loewe, Billy Joel and Michel Legrand and more. Raised abroad as the daughter of an American diplomat, Anna has been soloist for HM Queen Elizabeth's birthday, at The White House, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, with symphony orchestras, international music festivals and TV Specials including her solo concert for PBS. Her stage roles range from Kate (Kiss Me Kate) and Guenevere (Camelot) to Masha (Three Sisters) and Valencienne (The Merry Widow). Call for cover/minimum information.
LONDON: LATE NIGHT JAZZ - REBECCA WHEATLEY
Rebecca Wheatley will perform atTHE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) on Friday, October 17th at 10:30 pm as part of the club's Late Night Jazz series. Wheatley is an actress, presenter and television personality, with two top ten hits to her name, countless television appearances and performances in large venues like The Albert Hall, as well as intimate jazz hideaways. She is a stunning singer with a deep and powerful voice and at her smokiest late at night . Accompanied by the amazing Simon Pickering on piano, Rebecca takes her audience through a whirlwind of familiar songs pilfered from many different musical genres and eras, delivering them with a bluesy twist. Expect Cole Porter, Rogers and Hart, Walt Disney, Pink Floyd and everything in between. Call for cover/minimum information. 
LONDON: MARIA FRIEDMAN - 'BACK TO BEFORE'
The three-time Olivier Award winning actress and director Maria Friedman returns to THE PHEASANTRY (152-154 King's Road, London SW3 4UT - 08456 027 017) in a brand new show. Performances are Tuesdays through Sundays, October 14th through 26th at 8:30 pm. Accompanied by her twice Tony Award nominated musical director Jason Carr, the show features thrilling songs and hilarious anecdotes from her career in show business.
