CABARET TONIGHT IN LONDON: KT SULLIVAN WITH RHYME, WOMEN AND SONG AT CRAZY COQS

CABARET TONIGHT IN LONDON: KT SULLIVAN WITH RHYME, WOMEN AND SONG AT CRAZY COQS

KT Sullivan returns to THE CRAZY COQS AT BRASSERIE ZEDEL (20 Sherwood St, Piccadilly, London W1F 7ED - 020 7734 4888) with her show 'Rhyme, Women And Song' after her sell-out performances last year, as part of the LONDON FESTIVAL OF CABARET. Jed Distler accompanies KT Sullivan on piano. Performances are Tuesday through Saturday, October 29th through November 2nd at 8:00 pm. In this show all the songs are written in whole or in part by women. Sullivan takes her audience on an encompassing journey through the wisdom and ingenuity of lady poets with a dazzling array of 29 songs including those by Dorothy Fields, Carolyn Leigh, Kay Swift, Betty Comden, Dorothy Parker, Marilyn Bergman, Carol King and Joni Mitchell, changing in style and mood from song to song. KT Sullivan is one of America's top cabaret performers and her shimmering soprano voice and interpretive skills make her one of the hardest working and most in demand singers in cabaret, often performing at New York's major jazz and cabaret rooms. She has also headlined at Carnegie Hall, Town Hall and Lincoln Centre and has performed internationally in Europe and Australia. Her Broadway credits include The Three Penny Opera with Sting and the play Broadway directed by George Abbot. Call for cover/minimum information.
