NYC CABARET PICK FOR TODAY: ERIC MICHAEL GILLETTE WITH 'BECAUSE YOU LOVED ME' AT 54 BELOW
Eric Michael Gillette returns to54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Thursday, August 1st at 7:00 pm with a new show 'Because You Loved Me'. Broadway knows him from Kiss Me, Kate, Sweet Smell of Success, The Frogs & others, but this summer, the MAC & Bistro Award-winning vocalist Eric Michael Gillett takes a wry and moving look at the intricate ways of the heart. Gillett's repertoire includes an eclectic array of material, from Sondheim to Jim Brickman, Bob Dylan to The Backstreet Boys, Madonna ... and beyond. There is a $30-$40 cover plus a $25 food/drink minimum.
