CABARET TONIGHT IN SF: BIRD'S NEST JAZZ PRESENTS SINGING WITH STYLE - DEFINING YOURS
Singing with Style - Defining Yours is a special Summer School Concert presented on Sunday, July 28th at 4:00 pm at BIRD'S NEST JAZZ at WATERPARK LOFTS (2875 Glascock Street #109, Oakland, CA - 510-534-6163 ). The show is a production of Bird's Nest Jazz and Jizel Music & Design with teachers Cathi Walkup, Linda Kosut & Benny Watson, musical director. They are very pleased and excited to present the collective talents of their current class who have participated in the 7-week program SINGING WITH STYLE - DEFINING YOURS. The range of voices and styles as well as the choice of material are quite wonderful and the personalities delightful. Featuring in the cast: Debra Anderson, Jen Tellier, Mary Anne Brannigan, Pam Coates, Richard Machado, Tom Nicastro, Katie Kandarian-Morris with the Benny Watson Duo and in addition, performances by the coaches Cathi, Linda & Benny. There is a $15 cover. Beverages (wine, soft drinks, water) are available for a cash donation at the event.
