CONN CABARET TONIGHT: LEON RUSSELL AT THE RIDGEFIELD PLAYHOUSE
Multi-instrumentalist and renowned session musician Leon Russell will perform at THE RIDGEFIELD PLAYHOUSE ( 80 East Ridge, Ridgefield, CT - 203-438-5795) on Sunday, July 21st at 8:00 pm. He is joined by special guest PJ Pacifico. Leon has released over 30 albums and has collaborated with legends such as The Rolling Stones, B.B. King, Eric Clapton and Bob Dylan. As a prolific songwriter, Leon has penned songs for countless artists including "Delta Lady" for Joe Cocker. With hits of his own from "Tight Rope" to "A Song For You" and more, Leon Russell returns after his dynamic sold-out performance in 2006 as part of the Guinness Black Lager Rock Series and underwritten by The Toy Chest.
