CELEBRATING MARCH IS CABARET MONTH
Kelly Park Presents Pamela Joy & Paul Dileo with "Sultry Meets Soul" at LIVE AT THE RRAZZ (1000 Van Ness Avenue, SF - 800-380-3095 - ) on Tuesday, March 5th at 8:00 pm. A jazz singer and an R&B singer walk into a bar ... thus began the partnership of Pamela Joy and Paul Di Leo. First, Paul heard Pamela wrap her velvety, understated vocals around a handful of jazz standards. Then Pamela heard Paul's soulful bari-tenor caress gorgeous melodies from the worlds of jazz, pop and soul. And voila! A musical mutual admiration society was born. Pamela Joy has graced the Bay Area's premier stages, including The Plush Room, the Herbst Theatre and the Fillmore Jazz Festival. Paul Di Leo (aka Pauly D) has sung it all, including Jazz, R&B, neo-soul, club dance, west coast pop and adult contemporary. He was the front man and lead singer for the disco group Imitation of Life, who topped the charts in the 1990s with their dance single "Luscious Love." There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
