CELEBRATING MARCH IS CABARET MONTH
54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) presents cabaret and theatre legend Marilyn Maye and the debut of her new show "MAYE-DEN Voyage" for a two-week engagement, Tuesdays through Saturdays, March 5th through 16th. Showtime is 7:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday, and 8:00 pm on Fridays & Saturdays. From her first appearance in the spotlight as a tiny pre-teen vocalist in a series of amateur contests in Topeka, Kansas to being dubbed "A National Treasure," Marilyn Maye continues to entertain audiences with her skill of performing. With a Grammy nomination in the mid-Sixties as Best New Artist, a bevy of awards reflecting her showmanship, her illustrious singing career is still going strong after a life-time spent entertaining audiences.
