NYC: MARK JANAS' SALON: "THE FOLK ROCK MOVEMENT!"
CELEBRATING MARCH IS CABARET MONTH
SALON - that unique, Multiple Award Winning, Weekly Open Mic Event, created and hosted by Mark Janas returns to ETCETERA ETCETERA (352 West 44th Street, NYC - 212-399-4141) on Sunday, March 3rd from 7:00 to 10:30 pm (sign-up begins at 6:15 pm). The optional theme for the evening is "The Folk Rock Movement – A Celebration of the 60s & 70s!" Guest Host will be Jon Weber. Co-Host will be Lauren Fox. In the Salon Spotlight: Sally Darling & Matthew Martin Ward. Remember, any material, on or off theme, is always welcome at Salon. There are no reservations; seating is on a first come/ first served basis, with one intermission. There is a $10 cash cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
