NYC: LANEY - MR. EAGLE 2015 - AT THE MET
Laney - Mr. Eagle 2015 presents An Evening of Leather and Lace, a cabaret benefit for Help Is On the Way Today at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Saturday, May 2nd at 11:30 pm featuring some of the hottest singers from Broadway and LGBT Leather Community. They will be rocking the roof off The Metropolitan Room while raising funds for Help Is On The Way Today, a non for profit organization that helps children, teens and youth living with HIV and AIDS in New York City. Joseph Macchia, the founder of Help Is On The Way Today. and Laney, Mr. Eagle 2015 met while competing for the title of Mr. Eagle and have become great friends. They each believe in giving back to the community. This will be the first benefit the two will be working on together. The rest of the cast TBA. There is a $22.50 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

NYC: SOMEWHERE IN THIS SONG - THE MUSIC AND LYRICS OF NICHOLAS LEVIN
"Somewhere In This Song" - The Music and Lyrics of Nicholas Levin, a new revue starring Marissa Mulder, Mick Bleyer, Kristin Maloney and Adam B. Shapiro, will be presented at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Saturday, May 2nd at 4:00 pm. Six-time MAC Award nominee and off-Broadway composer Nicholas Levin brings an evening of his witty, irreverent and poignant songs to the Metropolitan Room stage, directed by MAC and Bistro Award winner Peter Napolitano. Musical Director is Matthew Martin Ward with Boots Maleson on bass. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
NYC: DELPHI HARRINGTON AND WOODY REGAN WITH COWARDLY SWANN
Delphi Harrington and Woody Regan bring Cowardly Swann to THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Saturday, May 2nd at 1:00 pm. Cowardly Swann was first devised as a benefit for THE ACTORS COMPANY THEATRE. It was so successful that they decided to develop it further and pursue commercial venues for it. Woody Regan feels his proudest achievement was writing the score for Sam Shepard's WHEN THE WORLD WAS GREEN, presented to comemorate the the 100 Anniversary of the Moscow Art Theatre. A regular on the Cabaret Circuit, he has performed at Don't Tell Mama since its inception in 1982, and has been "packing them in" in his monthly show 'GROOVIN' ON A SUNDAY' there for a year. Delphi Harrington, a classically trained actress, was introduced to NY audiences by the renowned impressario, Julius Monk, in BAKER'S DOZEN, one of the fabled Plaza Nine Revues at the Plaza Hotel. She has had considerable success doing Coward. Delphi was nominated for a Drama Guild Award for her portrayal of Madame Arcati in Blithe Spirit. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
NYC: ETERNAL LOVE - MICHAEL MARANO
After a 30 year hiatus, Michael Marano returns to the cabaret stage at THE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 212-255-5438) on Saturday, May 2nd at 7:00 pm. Having worked in over 35 shows and with numerous bands. Michael is singing with John Fischer on piano. Michael gave up theater after marrying the love of his life and enjoyed thirty-one wonderful years of marriage. After the loss of his wife, there was a connection made and he knew he needed to sing again. With the assistance of his Voice teacher, Mary Setrakian, the direction of Susan Campanaro and the musical direction of John Fischer he makes his first cabaret appearance at the Duplex. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
NYC: MATT KRENZ & THE DIVINE AT THE DUPLEX
Matt Krenz & The Divine is an 8-piece New York based band which employs a melodic blend of pop, ska and rock. They will perform at THE DUPLEX CABARET THEATRE (61 Christopher Street, NYC - 212-255-5438) on Saturday, May 2nd at 9:30 pm. They will be featuring music and lyrics by Matthew Krenz and arrangements by keyboardist James Sheppard. There is a $12 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

Prior to her 54 Below debut, Ms. Kind had not appeared solo on the New York club scene for 20 years. Now, expect her make a splash with her show featuring career highlights, pop songs, showtunes, and personal favorites. She will share some great stories too! Having recently toured the U.S., Canada, Europe and Israel performing with her sister, Barbra Streisand, and nephew, Jason Gould, this show features both new material & vintage "Rozzie" tunes. Conceived and produced by Megan Minutillo, with musical direction by Jacob Yates, the evening will feature music from across the musical theatre canon, pairing one Broadway singer with one Broadway hopeful. The cast of DUETS with The Write Teacher(s) Volume II includes Loni Ackerman (Cats, Evita), Ryan Andes (Big Fish), Tracee Beazer Barrett (Honeymoon in Vegas), Anna Ty Bergman, Melanie Brook, Lauren Elder (Side Show), Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys), Brian G. NYC: STEPHANIE MCKAY AT JOE'S PUB
Stephanie McKay,singer, songwriter, musician, and collaborator, hailing from the Bronx, New York City, performs at JOE'S PUB at THE PUBLIC THEATRE (425 Lafayette Street, NYC - 212-967-7555) on Saturday, May 2nd at 7:30 pm. Her career has spanned over 20 years, during which time she has collaborated with artists including Anthony Hamilton, Yasiin Bey (formerly Mos Def), Talib Kweli, DJ Spinna, Toshi Reagon and Big lovely, Jacques Schwarz-Bart, Katalyst, Tricky, Carl Hancock-Rux, Kelis, and numerous others. She was featured on the standout hit "Forget Regret" from Roy Hargrove's Grammy-nominated RH Factor (alongside such luminaries as D'Angelo, Anthony Hamilton, Erykah Badu, Karl Denson, Pino Palladino, and Common) and completed a world tour with keyboardist Amp Fiddler, as well as Drugs, which also included members from the legendary Parliament Funkadelic. Equally at home on the stage or in the studio, Stephanie performs regularly in the Northeastern United States and Europe, and is a frequent guest vocalist with collaborators including her husband Jacques Schwarz-Bart, Boca 45, and others. After a multi-year hiatus, Stephanie returns with a much-anticipated new collaboration, 2sharp9, with legendary producer Bob Power (D'Angelo, Erykah Badu, etc) expected spring 2015 album release. NYC: THE MARTHA GRAHAM CRACKER CABARET
The balls-to-the-wall Martha Graham Cracker Cabaret, hosted by Martha Graham Cracker, who is, perhaps, the world's tallest and hairiest drag queen, will perform at JOE'S PUB at THE PUBLIC THEATRE (425 Lafayette Street, NYC - 212-967-7555) on Saturday, May 3rd with shows at 7:30 & 9:30 pm. The Martha Graham Cracker performs new arrangements and mashups of songs by artists ranging from Prince and Crowded House to Motley Crue and Nina Simone, and a bit of everything in between. For the 9:30 pm show, Martha Graham Cracker will be accompanied by her string quartet. The Martha Graham Cracker Cabaret is intended for mature audiences. There is a $30 cover.
