BROADWAY SINGS AT THE WEST END will now be held every MONDAY night,at THE WEST END(955 West End Avenue, NYC - 212-531-4759) from 7:00 to 9:00 pm (signup after 6:30 pm). An open mic with multi-award winning hosts Sarah and Craig bring the ultimate New York experience to the Upper West Side with all kinds of talent singing all genres of music -Broadway, Pop, Jazz, Classical, all are welcomed. Chris Barrett returns to LA RIVISTA RISTORANTE (313 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-366-4603) on Monday, May 19th, where he will be at the piano Mondays through Wednesdays. There are two shows nightly, a dinner show at 8:00 and a supper show at 10:00 pm. Chris Barrett's performances are in the tradition of the great late-night boites of a fondly remembered era, when the likes of Hugh Shannon, Bobby Short, and Buddy Barnes manned the keyboard. NYC: JASON ROBERT BROWN AT SUBCULTURE WITH BAND (SECOND SHOW ADDED)

SUBCULTURE NYC (45 Bleaker Street, NYC) will be hosting a performance of Tony Awarding-Winning Composer Jason Robert Brown and his band the Caucasian Rhythm Kings on Monday, August 4th at 7:30 pm. They are bringing their patented brand of rock, blues, jazz, folk, salsa, and of course, Broadway to this recently opened venue. With two musicals currently on Broadway, and an adaptation of one starring Anna Kendrick hitting theatres later this year, this is an incredible opportunity to catch Brown live in such an intimate setting. Titanium: Broadway Sings for The Trevor Project Concert is set for Monday, August 4th at 9:30 pm at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440). Nightlife's Dougie Meyer will be emcee the evening, accompanied by hosts Elizabeth James and Terra Grenade. The Trevor Project is determined to end suicide among LGBTQ youth by providing life-saving and life-affirming resources including a nationwide, 24/7 crisis intervention lifeline, digital community and advocacy/ educational programs that create a safe, supportive and positive environment for everyone. Scheduled to appear: Marisha Wallace (Disney's Aladdin on Broadway), Chondra Profit (Disney's The Lion King on Broadway), Brian Craft (Avenue Q, Revival of LMPC), Rachel Lorin (Recording Artist, Star of Oxygen's The Next Big Thing), Anthony Crouchelli (Tarzan on Tour, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer), Brian Detlefs (Trails: the Musical), Ashton Foster (You're Really Not Helping), Gavin Rohrer (Revival of LMPC), John Ryan Del Bosque (TUTS: Hands on a Hard Body) and Megan Fulmer (Shrek The Musical: National Tour). Taking a look back at his own If/Then moments, James will share stories and big songs from the shows he has starred in: West Side Story, bare, Rock of Ages, Cry-Baby and more. The evening will include stories about how his choices and chances shaped the life he leads right now: from City Center Encores' Fanny to Carousel at Goodspeed which led him to The Richard Rogers Theater and his current leading role in one of Broadway's biggest musicals. His show will explore his life as an artist, why music is important to him, and show off his eclectic taste in music ranging from gospel to jazz to soul to contemporary musical theatre. Known for his powerhouse vocals and impeccable acting chops, this once-in-a-generation talent has also graced the stages of the Great White Way in Hair and in the First National Tour of The Book of Mormon. 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) presents an original song cycle written and directed by viral songwriter Briana Lynn Wolf on Monday, August 4th at 11:30 pm as part of the clubs Late Night series. You'll laugh, you'll cry and you'll accept that your ex wasn't meant for you and that you're much better off without them. You'll learn to live in the now, and you may possibly fall in love with one of the singers and/or band members (especially after a few drinks). Featuring Julia Franklin, Jenna Glick, Tommy McKiernan, Shannon Rakow, and Michael Ryan. There is a $15 cover plus a $20 food/drink minimum.

NYC: DINE & DANCE WITH VINCE GIORDANO AND THE NIGHTHAWKS - NOW AT THE IGUANA

Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks are back - and now will play every Monday & Tuesday night from 8:00 to 11:00 pm at at IGUANA'S VIP LOUNGE (240 West 54th Street, NYC - 212-765-5454). Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks is an eleven-piece band playing music of the 1920s & 30s for your dining and dancing pleasure. In 1976 Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks (originally known as the New Orleans Nighthawks) was formed. A big-band historian and collector, Giordano has more than 60,000 scores in his collection.
