Cabaret favorites Tommy Femia and Rick Skye have teamed up for another evening of "Judy and Liza Together Again" at
DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788) on Saturdays, May 10th & 24th at 8:00 pm. They are joined by Ricky Ritzel (as Mort) at the piano. These MAC Award winning performers (Best Impersonation) will pull out all the stops, singing classic solo's, parodies, duets and just plain whooping and hollering by the greatest mother/ daughter team in show biz history. Tommy Femia is a 7 time winner of the Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs (MAC) Award for his brilliant portrayal of Judy Garland in "Judy Garland LIVE!", now in it's 20th season at Don't Tell Mama. He has also starred in "Whoop-de-doo", "I Will Come Back" and, most recently, "Norma Does Men". Rick Skye is best known for writing a string of outrageous comic revues including "The Flip Side of Neil Sedaka", "MaCabaret - a tabloid fable", "The War of the Mama Roses", "It's Madame with an E" and the International hit - "A Slice O' Minnelli" for which has enjoyed successful season's in Covent Garden, at the Apollo Theatre in London's West End and at the Dublin Theatre Festival where he received the Award for "Best Achievement in Performance". Alexis Cole celebrates the life and music of Hoagy Carmichael at

Her show will be filled with songs both familiar and new, and stories about Hoagy and his compositions. Award-winning jazz vocalist Alexis Cole has made an impressive impact on audiences ever since she first took the stage as a teenager. Born in New York City, and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Alexis came from a musical family on both sides, so it was only natural that she had begun to perform at the Ritz Hotel in South Beach when still in high school, rapidly earning a reputation as one of the most talented young singers in town. After graduating from the New World School of the Arts- a prestigious performing arts HS and College, She went on to enroll in the University of Miami's Jazz Studies program with the help of a YoungArts Scholarship, and finished her undergraduate studies at under the tutelage of Rufus Reid and Nancy Marano at William Paterson University in NJ, and her graduate studies with Antonio Hart and David Berkman at Queens College in NY. NYC: NEW 50 SHADES PARODY AT SOPHIE'S BROADWAY
A new unauthorized musical parody of the international best-selling book "50 Shades of Grey" will be presented at
SOPHIE'S NEW YORK (318 West 53rd Street, NYC - 212-757-2323), beginning with a preview performance on Monday May 12th at 7:00 pm. The show is written, directed and choreographed by Tricia Brouk, with original songs by Andrew David Sotomayor, "50 Shades of F****d Up" bursts on the scene from out of nowhere and will be the only unauthorized musical parody north of Times Square. The show officially opens on Monday May 19th at 7:00 pm with performances scheduled for Saturdays at 7:00 & 10:00 pm and Mondays at 7:00 pm through through Monday, June 7th. The cast of four includes Jenna Dallacco as Anastasia, Ben McHugh as Grey, and- in multiple roles - Krista DeMille and Cedric Leiba, Jr. as everyone's Inner Goddess. Hal Linden, 83, brings his one-man show, "Hal Linden Live in Concert," to THE CAFE CARLYLE (35 East 76th Street, NYC - 212-744-1600) on Tuesday through Saturday, May 20th through 24th with performances at 8:45 pm. Best known as Barney Miller, the eponymous star of the 1970s sitcom in which he played the down-to-earth captain of a police precinct in Greenwich Village, Linden has appeared in 20 Broadway and Off-Broadway shows. In addition to playing "Sing, Sing, Sing" (made famous by Benny Goodman and Gene Krupa) and other songs on the clarinet, he will croon Broadway hits, including "In My Own Lifetime" from "The Rothschilds," backed by a seven-piece band.
