Some of the best music was written during these decades and now you can celebrate with a summer cocktail and some incredible music! A wonderful cast of singers are slated to perform including Denise Spann-Morgan, Mark Cummings, Candice Corbin, Tracy Stark, Bob Diamond, Doreen Montalvo, Karen Mack, Sidney Myer and more surprises to come! Influenced by all the Motown Legends, Doowop/ Oldies Groups, R&B /Soul, The Great American Songbook, and 70's, 80's, 90's to Salsa, Cintron is the lead Singer of his Tribute Band called: "Sounds of the Seasons" for that authentic Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons sound. Also performs as a Dean Martin with "The Rat Pack", or with "The N.Y.S.E. Guys" and DooWop/ Oldies/ Standards with a Twist Group. William has performed and shared the same stage with " The Platters, The Temptations, The Delfonics, The New Supremes, The Marcels, The Diamonds, The Coasters, The Drifters, The Mystics, J.T. Tommy Femia is a 7 time winner of the Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs (MAC) Award for his brilliant portrayal of Judy Garland in "Judy Garland LIVE!", now in it's 20th season at Don't Tell Mama. Growing up in Miami, the Latino culture influenced Gaby to have a passion for the roots of salsa, merengue, and jazz. She grew up in a pure musical theatre background until she started private voice lessons with Jocelyn Melnicov, a seasoned Jazz professor at the University of Miami. Through Melnicov's teachings Gaby learned to fuse her Latin spice with the R&B soul her voice matured into. Never letting go of musical theatre - Gaby continued performing at Boston University as "Lorraine" in All Shook Up and later directing and co-writing an original piece called "Miscast". Gaby has moved to New York and is singing at different cabarets and delving into music as much as she can. She will debut her newest cabaret show at THE DUPLEX. NYC: JEKYLL & HYDE RESURRECTION AT 54 BELOW
'Jekyll & Hyde Resurrection' will be presented at
54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Friday & Saturday, August 7th & 8th at 7:00 pm with a second show on the 8th at 9:30 pm. Based on the Broadway musical thriller written by Frank Wildhorn and Leslie Bricusse, Jekyll & Hyde Resurrection is a live concert featuring the music and songs from the 2006 album starring Rob Evan, Kate Shindle and Brandi Burkhardt and produced by Frank Wildhorn and Jeremy Roberts. The album launched a full symphonic version that toured the US and South Korea. This musical retelling of the Robert Louis Stevenson classic takes a modern, dark and Rock influenced approach with the three stars and a full rock band delivering the highly charged and melodic score. Jekyll & Hyde Resurrection will serve as a reunion of original Broadway cast members Rob Evan and Kate Shindle. Rob Evan played the title roles over 600 times on Broadway and more than 1000 total performances world-wide. He is currently a lead singer in the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and is featured on THE LOST CHRISTMAS EVE (Atlantic/Cert. Double Platinum) and NIGHT CASTLE (Atlantic/Cert. Platinum) which debuted at #5 on BILLBOARD's Top 100. This concert will mark Evan's return to the role on a New York stage for the first time in 15 years. Kate Shindle (Lucy) made her Broadway debut in the musical after being named MISS AMERICA in 1998. Kate went on to star in Legally Blonde, Cabaret and Wonderland on Broadway. She currently serves as President of Actor's Equity Association. Featuring performances by: Rob Evan as Jekyll & Hyde, Kate Shindle as Lucy and Janine DiVita as Emma with musical director Jeremy Roberts and a killer band featuring TSO's Angus Clark on Electric Guitar.
