NYC: SANDY & RICHARD RICCARDI RETURN TO THE METROPOLITAN ROOM
Currently touring the East Coast, Sandy and Richard Riccardi, with over 3.6 million hits on YouTube, will present their ever-changing, all original, all-comedy cabaret show "An Evening with Sandy and Richard Riccardi" at

The Riccardi duo dishes up musical satire of everything from marital "bliss" to dietary restrictions to political scandal. Their unique juxtaposition of techno-socio-relevant lyrics and jazz piano arrangements will charm your socks off. If that doesn't, then the menopausal strip tease will. Directed by Paul Gilger. NYC: AMY BETH WILLIAMS IN CRAZY TO LOVE YOU
Amy Beth Williams will bring her show Crazy To Love You to
DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788) on Friday, June 13th; and Friday, June 20th, all shows at 7:00 pm. Daryl Kojak serves as musical director, and the show is directed by Tanya Moberly. A graduate of Cornell University with an MFA in acting and a BFA from SUNY Binghamton in theater, she has performed in regional theater and Off-Off Broadway. Now cabaret is what she loves to do and, after being a runner up in the MetroStar Talent Challenge at the Metropolitan Room in 2010, she has performed her show Once in Love With Amy at the Metropolitan Room with her musical director and pianist, Daryl Kojak. No stranger to cabaret, in years past Amy has appeared at Don't Tell Mama, 55 Grove, Eighty Eights, and Danny's and was a participant in the Mabel Mercer Cabaret Convention. Joseph John's Late Night Talk Show returns to
THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Friday, June 13th at 11:30 pm. Joseph Macchia returns to late night cabaret with 5 of his fabulous friends in a new late night talk/variety show called The Q. They will be talking about current events, table talk gossip, sex and more, and hosting some fabulous performers. Each month they will present a topic as well, and you never know where the conversation will go. Joining Joseph will be entertainer Aaron Lee Battle, Broadway Performer Bret Shuford, Performer/Yoga Instructor Jason Morris, Mr Leather 2013/LGBT Leader Arsenio Amadis, and Broadway Performer Stacey Todd Holt. NYC: AN EVENING WITH DANNY KAYE WITH BRIAN CHILDERS
Brian Childers performed in numerous incarnations of the story of Danny Kaye in "Danny and Sylvia: A Musical Love Story," (which garnered him the Helen Hayes Award for Best Actor in a Musical), "The Kid From Brooklyn," in both Los Angeles and Chicago and "Danny and Sylvia" Off-Broadway in New York City, Brian took some time away from channeling Mr. Kaye until, once again, he was asked to bring the music and some story of Danny Kaye to Washington DC. The one man show, "An Evening with Danny Kaye" was born and was received with Critical Acclaim. Now the show moves to
STAGE 72 (158 West 72nd Street, NYC - 212-362-2590) on Friday, June 13th at 7:00 pm. With tenderness and great affection, Brian pays this tribute to one of Broadway and Hollywood's greatest showmen. He becomes Danny Kaye in a way that lets a new generation discover - and an older generation re-visit a unique performer. He delivers both the performance persona of that unique comic/ crooner/ clown/ character and his off-stage charm, creating a touching portrait of a real person while channeling rather than merely impersonating an inimitable performance style. NYC: GROOVALAYA AT STAGE 72
GROOVALAYA, a NYC based electric swing and roots music band, which pioneered the Swing revival of the early '90s, will perform at
STAGE 72 (158 West 72nd Street, NYC - 212-362-2590) on Friday, June 13th at 9:00 pm. The Band performs a variety of original songs and covers. The band members are Geoffrey Castle on Electric violin and vocals; Fausto Bozza, guitar and vocals; Jeff "Houndog" Schiller on Tenor Sax and vocals; Adam Pincus, bass and vocals; and Art Lillard on drums. NYC: EMILY BERGL WITH 'TIL I GET IT RIGHT' AT 54 BELOW
Emily Bergl, best known for her roles on TV shows such as Desperate Housewives and Southland, will perform at
54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Tuesday, June 10th at 7:00 pm; and Friday & Saturday, June 13th & 14th at 8:00 pm. Emily burst onto the cabaret scene in 2011, garnering raves from The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Since then, she has performed in leading venues throughout NYC and across the country. Her third show, Til I Get It Right, exposes the lengths we go to in our search for love and what we do when we don't find it, or even more frightening, when we do. In her signature nouveau cabaret style, Bergl uses the past to illuminate the present, blending together Irving Berlin with Blondie, Rodgers and Hammerstein with Tracey Chapman & even Noel Coward with Britney Spears. You'll be treated not only to an evening of diverse songs, but a full cast of characters all personified by this veteran Broadway actress.There is a $30-$45 cover plus a $25 food/drink minimum.
NYC: LESLI MARGHERITA WITH ALL HAIL THE QUEEN
An evening of sheer entertainment, All Hail The Queen, will be presented at

Olivier Award winner Lesli Margherita (Matilda, Zorro) takes the reigns from the likes of Bette Midler and Liza Minnelli. Commanding the room with sass and bawdiness - plus some self-deprecating humor for good measure - Miss Margherita sings and struts her way through the 70 minute set which includes twists on old songs and new favorites (courtesy of MD-Arranger Brett Ryback).
