CHICAGO: STRANGE WEATHER - A NON-TRADITIONAL CABARET BY JEREMY TRAGER
Veteran Chicago actor Jeremy Trager (Recipient of two Jeff Awards, and the After Dark Award) and his musical collaborator Jason Grimm present "Strange Weather" atDAVENPORT'S (1383 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL - 773-278-1830) on Thursday & Saturday, July 3rd & 5th at 8:00 pm. The show is a moody, inventive journey through the strange weather of longing, lost loves, and broken souls. Featuring music by Tom Waits, Marriane Faithfull, Angelo Badalamenti, Lou Reed, Leonard Cohen, The Cure, INXS, Chris Isaak, Roy Orbison, Jackson Browne, Bruce Springsteen, and Johnny Cash, "Strange Weather" promises an intimate exploration of non-traditional cabaret classics and rarities. There is a $13 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
