CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: A TRIBUTE TO ERVIN DRAKE AT THE IRIDIUM
Scobar Entertainment presents A Tribute To Ervin Drake on Tuesday, September 17th at 8:00 pm at IRIDIUM JAZZ CLUB (1650 Broadway, NYC - 212-582-2121). (Reception to Follow). Performing with the Barry Levitt Trio are Nina Berman, Kat Gang, Allan Harris, Hilary Kole, Dana Lorge, Ron Raines, Rex Reed, Steve Ross , Warren Schein, Richard Skipper, KT Sullivan, Stacy Sullivan and Sal Viviano. This evening will celebrate the music and life of legendary American songwriter Ervin Drake. His works include "I Believe," "Good Morning Heartache," "It Was A Very Good Year," "Tico-Tico," "Perdido," "Now I Have Everything," "A Room without Windows," "AL DI LA," & "Quando Quando" to name a few. He is also composer and lyricist of the 1964 Broadway show, "What Makes Sammy Run." There is a $25 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.
