CABARET TONIGHT IN NYC: ROMANTIC MOODS FOR LOVERS AT DIZZY'S
Singers Michael Mwenso, Charenee Wade, and Brianna Thomas dedicate a night to your favorite romantic songs with their show 'Romantic Moods for Lovers' at DIZZY'S CLUB AT JAZZ AT LINCOLN CENTER (33 West 60th Street, NYC - 212-258-9595 ) on Monday, September 9th with shows at 7:30 & 9:30 pm. Performing both as a trio and in pairs, the unusual dynamic of a male singer with two female singers will reveal new sides to such classics as "They Can't Take That Away From Me" and "Satin Doll." According to singer Michael Mwenso (also the host of Dizzy's Late Night Session), the goal is to "uplift people and deal with the context of romance" by exploring the " ... emotion of sultriness and sexuality." Expect a playful and intimate evening with three powerful young voices in jazz, plus some very special unannounced guests. There is a $30 cover.
