CHICAGO TONIGHT: DUNCAN MOORE: SONGS I HEARD ON DAD'S HI-FI

Duncan Moore returns toDAVENPORT'S (1383 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL - 773-278-1830 - ) with his show Songs I Heard on Dad's Hi-Fi on Sunday, June 15th at 7:00 pm. Between 1958 and 1970, composers for movies, Broadway, jazz and rock created a wealth of memorable tunes and lyrics. Duncan's father, a sometime bass player, filled the Moore family room with the sounds of Dave Brubeck, Henry Mancini, Burt Bacharach, Lennon-McCartney, and many others. In this show, Moore delivers some fresh interpretations of these classics from the golden age. Musical director is Mark Burnell. There is a $15 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
