THIS AFTERNOON IN NYC: ANTHONY LOGAN COLE - JUST MISUNDERSTOOD
Anthony Logan Cole returns to THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) with his solo concert Anthony Logan Cole: Just Misunderstood, on Saturday, May 11th at 2:00 pm. The show is a celebration of Broadway's best villains and misunderstood characters. Anthony promises an evening of spectacular music and hilarious backstage stories as he explores the dynamic roles from his repertoire, as well as a few he hopes to play in the future. In this special concert, Anthony will be joined by Off-Broadway star Lauren Lawson and International Pop Sensation Brady Cudmore, with special accompaniment by Henry Koperski. Cole has numerous regional and international credits, including: the Original Middle East casts of Les Miserables (Javert), Jekyll and Hyde (Jekyll/Hyde), US productions of Beauty And The Beast (Beast), The Scarlet Pimpernel (Chauvelin), RENT (Mark and Benny), AIDA (Radames), and many more. He is currently playing Tom Lincoln in the hit Off-Broadway production Honestly Abe - The Musical at The Actor's Temple and will be playing Gary Mitchell in World Premier of Where No Man Has Gone Before-The Unauthorized Star Trek Parody Musical in Washington DC this June. Brady Cudmore is a multi-talented performer from Prince Edward Island who has entertained hundreds of thousands in North America. Lauren Lawson graduated with a B.M. in Vocal Performance from New York University. Favorite past credits include: The Sound of Music (Maria Rainer), Oklahoma! (Laurie Williams), Little Women (Meg March), Peter Pan (Wendy Darling), Children of Eden, Smile, and If It Only Runs a Minute 10 at Le Poisson Rouge. there is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
