NYC: KT SULLIVAN AND JEFF HARNAR: OUR TIME

KT Sullivan and Jeff Harnar bring their show 'Our Time: Sullivan & Harnar sing Sondheim' to THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909) on Wednesdays, July 9th, 16th, 23rd and August 6th & 13th at 6:00 pm. Its a new show of Sondheim standards and rarely heard gems. Musical director is Jon Weber. KT has headlined at Carnegie Hall, Town Hall, and The Caramoor Festival. She has also performed at The Spoleto Festival, The New York Historical Society, La Nouvelle Eve in Paris, The Chichester Festival in the U.K. and at The Adelaide Festival in Australia. In March 2012, she became Artistic Director of the Mabel Mercer Foundation, producer of the annual Cabaret Convention. Jeff Harnar is an Award-winning New York cabaret and recording artist who is known for his critically acclaimed engagements at The Algonquin Hotel's Oak Room; Feinstein's at The Regency; The Metropolitan Room and most recently at Birdland and Iridium. His Carnegie Hall appearances include both the Cole Porter and Noel Coward Centennial Galas. He appeared at Carnegie's Weill Recital Hall in a sold-out solo concert, and "A TALENT TO AMUSE" hosted by Sheridan Morely. There is a $30 cover plus a $15 food/drink minimum.

NYC: BARRET IS BACK ON RESTAURANT ROW

Chris Barrett returns to LA RIVISTA RISTORANTE (313 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-366-4603) on Monday, May 19th, where he will be at the piano Mondays through Wednesdays. There are two shows nightly, a dinner show at 8:00 and a supper show at 10:00 pm. Chris Barrett's performances are in the tradition of the great late-night boites of a fondly remembered era, when the likes of Hugh Shannon, Bobby Short, and Buddy Barnes manned the keyboard. There is no cover charge.

NYC: STEVEN ZUMBO AT DON'T TELL MAMA 3 NIGHTS IN JULY

Steven Zumbo returns to DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788 - ) on Wednesday through Friday, July 10th, 11th & 12th at 7:00 pm. As always, he will present an eclectic show of story and song. In a Steven Zumbo show you can expect to hear material from the American song book, pop and theatre songs and novelty numbers along with a mix of story-telling, both touching and hilarious, all perfectly blended into an hour long show. Gerry Dieffenbach is musical director, Helen Baldassare directs. Steven Zumbo has appeared at Don't Tell Mama dozens of times in as many years as well as The Duplex and Eighty Eights.He is alum of the Eugene O'Neill Cabaret Symposium where he studied with Julie Wilson, Tex Arnold, Craig Carnelia and the late Margaret Whiting. Steven Zumbo has also appeared on the Today Show with Katie Couric during her "dream job" segment and has performed with Tony Bennett and Ms. Couric at Caroline's in NYC. NYC: REBEKAH RUIZ AT THE METROPOLITAN ROOM

Kansas City, Missouri native, jazz vocalist Rebekah Ruiz will perform at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Wednesday, July 9th at 7:00 pm. Rebekah has been destined to be in the spotlight. Singing since she was a child, Ruiz was exposed to and developed a great love for the genre at a very young age by her father, who always had Sinatra, Nat King Cole, or Johnny Mathis playing. By the age of 15, it was undeniable that Rebekah possessed a unique gift: her vocal range and raw, natural talent shown through at local venues. Shortly thereafter, Ruiz moved to California, where her dream of performing jazz for a broader audience came true. Rebekah has been performing consistently at jazz clubs and local restaurants in the Sacramento area. She went on to perform in the Sacramento Jazz Festival and Jubilee for a several years. To date, Ruiz continues to reach out to other festivals and venues in general throughout the country to broaden her exposure and fan base. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

NYC: CHARLES BUSCH AT 54 BELOW

The acclaimed actor/Tony-nominated playwright and drag legend Charles Busch returns to 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) with four shows in July - Wednesday & Thursday, July 9th & 10th at 7:00 pm; and Friday & Saturday, July 11th & 12th at 8:00 pm. He returns with a show chock full of outrageous personal stories, original characters and classic songs; all performed with his own unique form of glamour. Charles Busch continues to delight and re-define his craft as a master humorist, entertainer and camp icon. The author of dozens of hit plays (Tale of the Allergists Wife, Die! Mommie! Die!, Psycho Beach Party, The Divine Sister & Vampire Lesbians of Sodom to name but a few), Busch is joined by his longtime Musical Director Tom Judson. Expect laughter, music, tears and sequins. There is a $35-$45 cover plus a $25 food/drink minimum.

NYC: BIANCA MARROQUIN MAKES HER 54 BELOW DEBUT

Award-winning Mexican Broadway actress Bianca Marroquin will appear at 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Wednesday, July 9th at 9:30 pm, performing songs from her first solo album "El Mundo Era Mio," as well as songs she's performed in musicals during the course of her career. From Roxie Hart, Chicago the Musical's "merry murderess" to In The Heights to The Pajama Game, Bianca has graced Broadway stages with her vocal versatility. Also a beloved TV star in her native home, Mexico, Bianca is the current lead in Chicago, and one of the youngest actresses to play Roxie. She was the original Mary Poppins in Disney's first Spanish production of the musical, and is also a Helen Hayes Award winner. Don't miss this consummate showcase of Bianca's full-bodied voice and diva moves, a tour-de-force to be remembered. There is a $25-$35 cover plus a $25 food/drink minimum.
