2014 Bistro Award Winning Vickie Phillips returns to DON'T TELL MAMA(343 West 46th Street, NYC - 212-757-0788) with her show about Brel, Weill, and Aznavour. Gerry Dieffenbach serves as musical director. Performances are scheduled for Saturday, May 24th at 6:00 pm; Saturday, June 7th at 4:00 pm; Saturday, July 12th at 6:00 pm; and Saturday, July 26th at 5:30 pm. For Vickie Phillips, the award-winning singer/actress continues her musical journey celebrating her 80th birthday with her three songwriting heroes. With the internationally acclaimed songs of Jacques Brel, Kurt Weill, and Charles Aznavour, Vickie creates miniature portraits of the wonderful life we all share. Through the words and music of these masters, Vickie tells us of the journey she is still on, and her deepest personal dreams.
