Gregory from Russia is Gregory Korostishevsky, a talent as sprawling and unpredictable as the Mother Country. He will be appearing at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Thursday, August 22nd at 7:00 pm. He is one of the most known Russian stand-up comedians and character actors in the United States, who is instantly recognizable from numerous television commercials and stand-up comedy performances. His character driven stand-up act presents a hilariously clever take on life as a Russian newcomer to the United States. Gregory's character always brings about the ridiculousness of his situation and sympathy for that situation that goes beyond language.
