NYC: JOSHUA TORREZ AT THE METROPOLITAN ROOM - TONIGHT ONLY
Vocalist Joshua Torrez will perform at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Thursday, July 11th at 9:30 pm. In this show, Joshua will be focusing mainly on soul music, and smooth ballads that will conjure nostalgia from that feeling music gave you back in the day. In only a year's time since the start of his career, this emerging artist has left his imprint on the world. Hailing from Chicago, Joshua Torrez spent the last four years of his life studying theatre with a focus of acting at the world renowned 'The Theatre School' at DePaul University where he received a Bachelors in Fine Art. Three days after his graduation, Mr. Torrez was on a plane to Massachusetts for the first time, cast in Richard Greenberg's 'Take Me Out' at the Provincetown Playhouse. It was here that he made his first music debut. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.
