TODAY IN L.A.: JOHN RUSSELL AND "THE LAST OF THE ROMANTICS"
John Russell's show "The Last of the Romantics" returns to THE GARDENIA (7066 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA - 323-467-7444 - ) on Wednesday & Thursday, August 11th & 12th at 9:00 pm. A 1995 Cabaret Symposium Fellow, Mr. Russell has performed his one-man shows at nightclubs in L.A. and New York. This show features songs written by Peggy Lee, Harold Arlen, Rodgers & Hart, and songs written for Broadway. Musical director is Mary Ekler. There is a $10 cover plus a 2-drink minimum or dinner.
