BLUES ALLEY (1073 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington, DC - 202-337-4141) presents the Roberto Pomili Trio on Thursday, May 23rd with shows at 8:00 & 10:00 pm. Pomili is considered one of the best tango double bass players and composers of his generation. His first Tango CD 'concerTango recordando a Piazzolla' sold over 10,000 copies in the first year predominantly in New York. At Blues Alley Roberto Pomili will be presenting his premier CD 'concerTango recordando a Piazzolla' in honor of the famous Argentinian composer, for your listening pleasure.
