THIS AFTERNOON IN PALM SPGS: I WON'T DANCE COMES TO PALM DESERT'S NEWMAN THEATER
Performing standards from the Great American Songbook, the Broadway Stage, and Hollywood musicals, Gia Mora brings her show "I Won't Dance" toTHE ARTHUR NEWMAN THEATRE at the JOSLYN CENTER THEATRE(73-750 Catalina Way, Palm Desert, CA - TKTS: 760-325-2731) on Sunday, May 19th at 2:00 pm. The Colorado native, who now resides in Los Angeles, is a familiar face on TV in series and commercials as well as the big screen in films, but her passion is singing with her four-octave range. In this show Gia takes us on a journey through several decades with a mix going from romantic to comedic. Along with Gia will be musical director Charlie Barnett on the piano. The show is part of the Sundays In Summer Series presented by Les Michaels. $10 cash only tickets available at the box office at 1:00 pm the day of the show.
