NYC: MICHELLE LORDI AT THE METROPOLITAN ROOM

Michelle Lordi, a Philadelphia-based singer with a voice pleasing to the connoisseur of the elegant 30's & 40's era girl singers, yet surprisingly modern in its clarity & emotion, performs at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM(34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Saturday, July 11th at 1:00 pm. Michelle's refreshing style, paired with her drive to create music and willingness to take creative chances have her poised to become the jazz scene's new sweetheart. She makes music (and takes chances) backed by an eclectic mix of dynamic jazz musicians including Orrin Evans, Mike Frank, Tom Lawton, Larry McKenna, Madison Rast, Lee Smith, John Swana & Sonny Troy. NYC: STACY SULLIVAN - SINCE YOU'VE ASKED

Stacy Sullivan, one of the top working singers in Cabaret, will challenge preconceptions with her new show, "Since You've Asked" at THE METROPOLITAN ROOM (34 West 22nd Street, NYC - 212-206-0440) on Saturday, July 11th at 4:00 pm. Whether you're a fan of The Great American Songbook or VH1, you'll find something to love within this eclectic evening of music and story. With musical director Troy Fannin, Sullivan has created her most personal, thought-provoking evening to date with songs from Randy Newman, Nina Simone, Ray LaMontagne, Hoagy Carmichael, Judy Collins, Ed Sheeran, Woodie Guthrie, Stevie Nicks, Cole Porter, George Harrison, Noel Coward, David Hajdu, Fred Hersch, Jonsi, Stephen Schwartz and more. There is a $25 cover plus a 2-drink minimum.

NYC: BEA ARTHUR: ASTRAL DAME! AT THE BEECHMAN

Jason B. Schmidt (The Parodivas, Christmas with the Crawfords, and the Bea Arthur role in Thank You For Being A Friend: The Musical) brings America's most sardonic and sassy golden girl back to the New York stage for one night only at THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909) on Saturday, June 11th at 7:00 pm. In BEA ARTHUR: ASTRAL DAME! the 5'9" Tony and Emmy Award-winning star of Maude, Mame and The Golden Girls performs her signature numbers along with a few surprises as only she can deliver. It's an out of this world evening of comedy, quips and everything Bea. Jason B. Schmidt is a NYC based actor, voice over talent and half of the musical comedy sensation The Parodivas! In addition to his extensive Off-Broadway, Off-Off and Regional credits, Jason B. has also traveled the US starring in numerous productions. NYC: LE SCANDAL CABARET CONTINUES AT THE BEECHMAN

NYC's longest running burlesque variety show, LE SCANDAL CABARET, continues on Saturdays, at 10:30 pm at THE WEST BANK CAFE/LAURIE BEECHMAN THEATRE (407 West 42nd Street, NYC - 212-695-6909). In its fourteenth year, Le Scandal features variety acts, circus performers, live music and a bevy of burlesque beauties. New performers every week! Expect sword swallowers, belly dancers, rope trick cowboys, contortionists, torch singing fan dancers and comedic aerobats, all set to the live music of the Le Scandal Orchestra. NYC: MICKY DOLENZ FROM THE MONKEES AT 54 BELOW

Micky Dolenz, best known as the lead singer of the hugely successful rock 'n' roll band, The Monkees, will bring his show "A Little Bit Broadway, A Little Bit Rock 'n' Roll", to 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Tuesday, July 7th at 7:00 pm, with additional performances scheduled for Friday & Saturday, July 10th & 11th at 7:00 pm. The band originated from the classic sixties TV show of the same name. The Monkees sold over 65 million records and has toured the U.S. (and much of the world) many times over. Micky has also starred in musicals on Broadway, The West End, and in national tours including Disney's AIDA (Broadway), Pippin, Hairspray (West End), Grease, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Tom Sawyer, and more. Micky has recorded two solo albums (Remember and King For A Day) and recently appeared in the world premiere of the new play Comedy Is Hard (Ivoryton Playhouse) by four-time Emmy winner Mike Reiss (The Simpsons). "A Little Bit Broadway, A Little Bit Rock 'n' Roll" is a brand new show Micky has created to combine his love of Broadway with his love for rock 'n' roll in one thrilling new intimate concert. The show will include some of the Monkees greatest hits, a few rarities and songs from musical roles he has performed and from shows he loves. NYC: ERIN MCDOUGALD & FRIENDS: THIS SIDE OF SINATRA

Erin McDougald will make her debut at 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551) on Saturday, July 11th, with an all-star roster of jazz legends. Ms. McDougald is a Chicago-based artist whose credentials include numerous headline appearances in the famed Green Mill and Jazz Showcase as well as performances in New York City's Smalls and Metropolitan Room with special appearances at Dizzy's with the Wynton Marsalis band. Her multi-octave, chameleon-like rich, dusky voice has wooed international audiences as she has presented memorable performances in Paris include Le Bilbouquet Club and The Cavern Swing Club. 54 BELOW will present Erin McDougald and her quintet for a one-night only performance of "This Side of Sinatra" for the crooner's centennial birthday; songs will include innovative arrangements of well-known and lesser-known Frank Sinatra recordings in McDougald's definitive, artful jazz elocution. There is a $30-$70 cover plus a $25 food/drink minimum.

NYC: 54 BELOW PRESENTS THE SONGS OF NICK LUCKENBAUGH

The folk, rock, and jazz-infused songs of young musical theater writer Nick Luckenbaugh will be presented at 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street, NYC - 646-476-3551 - ) on Saturday, July 11th at 11:30 pm as part of the club's Late Night Series. Luckenbaugh's work has been performed across the city at Atlantic Theater Company, the Sidewalk Cafe, The Path Cafe, The Underground Lounge, and The Cellar at The West End. On the heels of this spring's Cutting-Edge Composers-concert, Nick returns to 54 Below with his first solo show. He is joined by a brilliant line-up of performers as they take an exciting trip through his catalog - from his song and dance cycle Royal Fables to exciting new projects and heartfelt stand-alone tunes. Music direction by Jeremy M. Franze. Featuring performances by: Krystina Alabado (American Idiot, Evita tour), Max Chernin (Brooklynite), Betsy Morgan (The King and I, Found) with Devon Buchanan, Theresa Burns, Emma Davis, Michael Focus and Elyssa Renee Ramirez. There is a $15-$35 cover plus a $20 food/drink minimum.

NYC: DAN FINNERTY & THE DAN BAND AT JOE'S PUB

Dan Finnerty, who caught America's attention as the foul-mouthed wedding singer in the box-office smash Old School by performing his now-infamous rendition of Total Eclipse of the Heart, as well as his appearance as the sleazy bat-mitzvah singer in Starsky & Hutch and again as the inappropriate wedding singer in the record breaking hit The Hangover, will perform at JOE'S PUB at THE PUBLIC THEATRE (425 Lafayette Street, NYC - 212-967-7555) on Saturday, July 11th at 7:00. What started as a drunken joke for Finnerty singing I Am Woman at a karaoke bar has spiraled out of control into THE DAN BAND - a cult phenomenon that has garnered rave reviews from The New York Times, The L.A. Times, Variety, Rolling Stone among others. THE DAN BAND plays to sold out crowds from Los Angeles to New York and has appeared on numerous shows including The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Ellen, The Late Late Show, Last Call with Carson Daly, Last Comic Standing, The Guys Choice Awards and caught the attention of Steven Spielberg, who signed on to executive produce Dan's one hour concert special "The Dan Band: I Am Woman," directed by McG. Finnerty, a recurring correspondent on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and former member of the group STOMP, has released two CDs, "THE DAN BAND LIVE" followed by "HO • A DAN BAND CHRISTMAS," and is currently working on a third for Comedy Central Records called "The Wedding Album." There is a $22 cover.

NYC: BRIDGET EVERETT'S ROCK BOTTOM AT JOE'S PUB

Originally commissioned as part of The Joe's Pub 2013 New York Voices series, "Rock Bottom" became a downtown hit when it opened to critical acclaim in September, 2014, and was extended until its limited engagement ended on October 16th. Now, due to popular demand and its recent sold-out run, Bridget Everett returns for a limited engagement at JOE'S PUB at THE PUBLIC THEATRE(425 Lafayette Street, NYC - 212-967-7555) on Tuesday & Wednesday, July 7th & 8th and Saturday & Sunday, July 11th & 12th - all shows at 9:30 pm. "Rock Bottom" is what happens when you are too passionate to give up, and too big to fail. The ferociously talented Bridget Everett wrote the show, a chardonnay-soaked journey through the highs and lows of her life, with the Tony Award-winning songwriting duo Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman. Longtime collaborators and friends Adam "Ad-Rock" Horovitz and Matt Ray contributed music as well. In it, Everett shares intensely personal moments next to wildly hilarious ones, baring her heart and much more to her audiences. "Rock Bottom" features new original songs written with Shaiman, Wittman, Ray and Horovitz, plus favorites from Everett's monthly sold-out show with the Tender Moments. There is a $35 cover.
