CABARET TONIGHT IN TORONTO: YOUNG ARTIST SERIES - DAN ROUGEAU
Dan Rougeau will appear at THE JAZZ BISTRO (251 Victoria Street, Toronto, ONT, CA - 416-363-5299) on Monday, December 2nd from 6:00 to 8:00 pm as part of the club's Young Artist series. Dan Rougeau is a Guitarist/ Bandleader/ Composer based out of Toronto. Rougeau is a recent graduate of Humber College's esteemed Bachelor of Music program, having studied with Canadian Jazz greats such as Kirk MacDonald, Geoff Young, Mark Kelso, Ted Quinlan and many others. Recently, MidCoast, a modern jazz collective (led by Dan), has gone on two eastern Canadian tours, as well as released their Debut album 'Steps'. Dan is also an integral piece in up and coming pop singer Melissa Murphy's band, acting as guitarist and backup vocalist. He can also be found playing around the city of Toronto at corporate events, weddings, and restaurants as the guitar player for The Milestones Trio. No cover charge.
